Working out of Huntsville, Alabama, in the United States, Amy Neil-McBride is a medical editor and writer with proficiency working on books written in American, Canadian, British and Australian English. Amy’s academic background includes an undergraduate degree in biology and a master’s of science in technical and science communications. She provides developmental editing and copy editing to non-fiction books on medicine, social sciences and health. The award-winning editor has been recognized by Elsevier with a Certificate of Outstanding Reviewing, among other commendations.
Amy has been a tireless advocate for Naturopathic medicine, and committed thousands of volunteer hours over many years to the success of the textbook project. With her meticulous medical editing, understanding of grammar and syntax, her dedicated work in bringing the first volume of the textbook to fruition was essential. Amy also came up with the basic ideas for our book covers and this website.
